The Port Melbourne Salty Sistas Book

“It’s interesting how being in your bathers, an ugly swim cap, goggles and no make-up, makes everyone feel equal and not defined by their profession or status in life.”

The Port Melbourne Salty Sistas are a group of women who come together every week and connect over a simple swim in the sea.

I started swimming with the Port Melbourne Salty Sistas this time last year.

For their 1 year anniversary I organised a little photoshoot on the beach and made them a little book of their stories. For International Women’s Day, I wanted to celebrate each and every one of them.

Read how these wonderful women have come together and become a sisterhood.

Incredible images by Harper St Clair.

Happy International Women’s Day.
